I baletted my FF12 save.

Labels: ,

I just couldn't do it. I mean I loaded it up, went to go kill junk and within 5 minutes decided that this game was of the devil. Went to my memory card and went...*bawwwllleeetee*. Yes I made that sound as I did it. Never have I just went and destroyed a save. Especially a save of 30+ hours that I'll never get back.

But that other game was calling me. The one with Vincent Valentine.

But Xenosaga 2 jumped in instead.

I learned:

  • I was 4 bosses away from the end.

  • The boss I was stuck on died easy.

  • The hall that splits off where you can go walk and kill the ninja/priests or the hall with E.S. - funny the ninja/priests were the easier option. (E.S. are still pointless in Xenosaga)

  • The next boss I though 'I'ma cheep it and make it stay in it's 1st form. Totally easy...

  • 2-3 hours later and the boss has healed itself for the billionth time...*anger*

But even then - Xenosaga 2 > FF12.

I lost a ton of my saved data when my PS3 died. So my old games with old saves that I would revist, ALL GONE.

Copyrighted stuff, reverted back to day 1. It was a sad day indeed.

Oh I recall when a ps2 demo CD balletted all the saves on my ps2 memory card - including my original Final Fantasy X save with people maxed out to fight in the coliseum, Kingdom Hearts (the English version) with everything unlock...oh and Disgaea Hour of Darkness with people at level 2000. Even Final Fantasy X-2 with 100% completion. I was a very sad panda.

But baletting FF12 was the best feeling ever. Hate that game with a thousand suns.
